Deciding on report structure

I realize that since I don't have specifics about the network sandbox, I shouldn't assume too much. I think it would be helpful to ask the user if they want a draft that's 300-500 words for a brief update, or a more in-depth piece of 800-1200 words. It’s important to clarify this before proceeding, and then I can deliver the report based on their preference!
